PUBLIC SERVICE REFORM ACT 1984 No. 63, 1984 - SECT 61

61. Section 55 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting ''63A or 63D'' from paragraph (a) of the definition of
''Chief Officer'' in sub-section (1) and substituting ''62 or 63'';

(b) by inserting after the definition of ''Chief Officer'' in sub-section (1)
the following definition:

'' 'Disciplinary Appeal Committee' means a Disciplinary Appeal Committee
established in accordance with Subdivision C of Division 2 of Part II of the
Merit Protection (Australian Government Employees) Act 1984;'';

   (c)  by omitting ''63A or 63D'' from paragraph (a) of the definition of
        ''original office'' in sub-section (1) and substituting ''62 or 63'';

   (d)  by omitting ''63N'' from paragraph (b) of the definition of ''original
        office'' in sub-section (1) and substituting ''63M''; and

   (e)  by omitting '', 63A'' from paragraph (d) of the definition of
        ''original office'' in sub-section (1).
