PUBLIC SERVICE REFORM ACT 1984 No. 63, 1984 - SECT 39

Appeals


39. Section 50B of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (4)
and substituting the following sub-section:

''(4) Where the Board considers it appropriate to do so, the Board may, before
the expiration of the period prescribed under sub-section (3), extend that
period.''.
