PUBLIC SERVICE REFORM ACT 1984 No. 63, 1984 - SECT 20

20. Section 30 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:

''(5) The reference in sub-section (2) to a determination in force under
section 82D does not include a reference to a determination under section 82D
that makes provision for or in relation to a matter referred to in
sub-paragraph 82D (4) (a) (xii), (xiii) or (xiv).''.
