Re-appointment in special circumstances


102. Section 87R of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from paragraph (2) (c) ''designation'' (wherever occurring)
and substituting ''classification''; and

(b) by omitting from paragraph (2) (d) ''designation'' and substituting
''classification''.
