PUBLIC SERVICE LEGISLATION (STREAMLINING) ACT 1986 No. 153, 1986 - SECT 99

99. Section 91 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) "Board" and substituting "Secretary of
the Department";
(b) by omitting from sub-section (1) "no officer shall" and substituting

"an officer of a Department shall not";

   (c)  by omitting from paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (d) "or" (last
        occurring);

   (d)  by inserting after paragraph (d) the following paragraph:

"(da) act as a director of a company or incorporated society, otherwise than
in accordance with the requirements of the duties of the officer's office or
otherwise on behalf of the Commonwealth; or"; and

   (e)  by omitting sub-sections (3), (4), (5) and (6).
