PUBLIC SERVICE LEGISLATION (STREAMLINING) ACT 1986 No. 153, 1986 - SECT 49
Meaning of failure to fulfil duty as officer
49. Section 56 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph
(e) the following paragraph:
"(ea) the officer engages in conduct (including patronage, favouritism or
discrimination) in breach of section 33;".
