PUBLIC SERVICE LEGISLATION (STREAMLINING) ACT 1986 No. 153, 1986 - SECT 135

135. (1) Section 11 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section
(2).

(2) Upon the repeal of sub-section 11 (2) of the Principal Act, the Secretary
to the Department shall be deemed to have delegated to the National Director
under section 26 of the Public Service Act 1922 all the powers and functions
which the National Director was, immediately before that repeal, entitled to
exercise or perform by virtue of that sub-section.
