PUBLIC SERVICE LEGISLATION (STREAMLINING) ACT 1986 No. 153, 1986 - SECT 129

129. (1) The following Acts are repealed:
Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Act 1979
Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Amendment Act 1981
Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Amendment Act 1983.

(2) After the commencement of this section and until a prescribed Commonwealth
authority makes other provision, Division 8C of Part III of the Public Service
Act 1922 applies, subject to such modifications as are prescribed, in relation
to the staff of the prescribed Commonwealth authority.

(3) In sub-section (2)-

"modifications" includes additions, omissions and substitutions;

"prescribed Commonwealth authority" means an authority or body that,
immediately before the commencement of this section, was a prescribed
Commonwealth authority within the meaning of the Commonwealth Employees 
(Redeployment and Retirement) Act 1979 .
