PUBLIC SERVICE AND STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 166, 1985 - SECT 45

45. (1) The Acts specified in the Schedule are amended as set out in the
Schedule.

(2) Anything done before the commencement of this section under a provision
referred to in the Schedule continues to have effect after that commencement
as if it had been done under that provision as amended or substituted in
accordance with the Schedule.
