PUBLIC SERVICE AND STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 166, 1985 - SECT 39

39. Section 11 of the Principal Act is amended -

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (2) (ca) and substituting the following
        paragraph:

"(ca) any service of an authority of the Northern Territory, not being
employment at a time when the authority was a public authority of the
Commonwealth;"; and
(b) by inserting in paragraph (3) (a) "(ca)," after "(c),".
