PUBLIC SERVICE ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 1982 No. 111, 1982 - SECT 9

Chairman of the Board 

9. Section 12 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) '', and on the happening of any
        vacancy in the office of Chairman the Governor-General shall appoint a
        person to fill that office''; and

   (b)  by omitting sub-section (2).
