Amendment of Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977
89. (1) The Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977*4* is in this
section referred to as the Principal Act.
(2) Schedule 2 to the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(s) ''promotions in accordance with section 53B or 53C'' and substituting
''transfers or promotions under section 53A''.
