PUBLIC SERVICE ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 1982 No. 111, 1982 - SECT 39

Convictions by courts of officers other than Permanent Heads 

39. Section 63 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) ''included in the Second, Third or
        Fourth Division'';

(b) by omitting from sub-paragraph (1) (c) (i) ''in the same Division'';

   (c)  by omitting from sub-paragraph (1) (c) (ii) ''in the same or a lower
        Division''; and

   (d)  by omitting sub-section (2).
