PUBLIC SERVICE ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 1975 No. 40, 1975 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to sub-section (2), this Act shall come into operation on the
day on which it receives the Royal Assent.*

(2) Sections 5 and 14 shall come into operation on such dates as are
respectively fixed by Proclamation.
