PUBLIC SERVICE ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 1975 No. 40, 1975 - SECT 19

19. Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) the words ''Commonwealth authority''
and substituting the words ''public authority'';

(b) by omitting from sub-section (1) the words ''Public Service of the
Commonwealth'' and substituting the words ''Australian Public Service''; and

(c) by omitting from sub-section (2) the words ''Public Service of the
Commonwealth'' and substituting the words ''Australian Public Service''.
