POSTAL SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 126, 1988 - SECT 30

30. (1) If section 10 of this Act commences before section 12 of this Act,
Divisions 2 to 7 (inclusive) of Part V of the Principal Act as amended by this
Act have effect, after the commencement of section 10 of this Act and until
the commencement of section 12 of this Act, as if references in those
Divisions to the Commission were references to the Corporation.

(2) If section 12 of this Act commences before section 10 of this Act, the
definition of "employee" in subsection 3 (1), and Part V, of the Principal Act
as amended by this Act, and sections 28 and 31 of this Act, have effect, after
the commencement of section 12 of this Act and until the commencement of
section 10 of this Act, as if references to the Corporation were references to
the Commission.
