POSTAL SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 126, 1988 - SECT 28
Employment of staff members to continue
28. Each person who, immediately before the commencement of section 12 of this
Act, is an officer or employee of the Corporation continues to be employed by
the Corporation as if the person had been engaged by the Corporation under
section 41 of the Principal Act as amended by this Act.
