POSTAL SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 126, 1988 - SECT 27

27. (1) The person who, immediately before the commencement of section 10,
holds office as Chief General Manager continues to hold that office.

(2) Sections 37, 38 and 40 of the Principal Act, and the By-laws made for the
purposes of subsection 37 (8) of the Principal Act (being the By-laws in force
immediately before the commencement of section 10 of this Act), continue to
apply in relation to the person.
