POSTAL SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 126, 1988 - SECT 25

25. (1) A delegation given under section 36 of the Principal Act and in force
immediately before the commencement of section 10 of this Act has effect,
after that commencement, as if it were a delegation given under section 10D of
the Principal Act as amended by this Act.

(2) If section 10 of this Act commences before section 12 of this Act, section
10D of the Principal Act as amended by this Act has effect, after the
commencement of section 10 of this Act and until the commencement of section
12 of this Act, as if a reference to an employee were a reference to an
officer or employee of the Corporation.
