POSTAL SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 126, 1988 - SECT 23

Transitional provision-charging determinations

23. Determinations made under section 18 of the Principal Act and in force
immediately before the commencement of section 10 of this Act have effect,
after that commencement, as if they had been made under section 18 of the
Principal Act as amended by this Act.
