POSTAL SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 126, 1988 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Act commences on the day on
which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Sections 4, 5, 9, 10 and 11 and subsections 21 (2) and 22 (1) commence on
a day to be fixed by Proclamation for the purposes of this subsection.

(3) Section 12 and subsections 21 (3) and 22 (2) commence on a day to be fixed
by Proclamation for the purposes of this subsection.
