PARLIAMENTARY SERVICE ACT 1999 No. 145, 1999 No. 145, 1999 - SECT 49
Annual report
- (1)
- After the end of each financial year, the Merit Protection Commissioner
must give a report to the Parliamentary Service Commissioner on the activities
of the Merit Protection Commissioner during the year.
- (2)
- The report must be
prepared in accordance with guidelines approved on behalf of the Parliament by
the Joint Committee of Public Accounts and Audit.
- (3)
- The
Merit Protection Commissioner's report is to be included in the
Parliamentary Service Commissioner's report under section 42.
