PRICES SURVEILLANCE ACT 1983 No. 145, 1983 - SECT 50

50. The Minister shall, as soon as practicable after the commencement of this
Act, cause to be transferred to the Authority-

   (a)  the records of the former Authority and the records of the Prices
        Justification Tribunal referred to in sub-section 233 (1) of the
        Statutes Review Act; and

   (b)  the records of the Prices Justification Tribunal referred to in
        sub-section 233 (2) of the Statutes Review Act.
