PRICES SURVEILLANCE ACT 1983 No. 145, 1983 - SECT 49

Transfer of funds 

49. Where an Act appropriates moneys for the purposes of, or in connection
with the activities of, the Petroleum Products Pricing Authority, references
in that Act to the Petroleum Products Pricing Authority shall, after the
commencement of this Act, be read as references to the Prices Surveillance
Authority.
