PRICES SURVEILLANCE ACT 1983 No. 145, 1983 - SECT 48

48. The Minister shall, as soon as practicable after the commencement of this
Act, cause to be prepared a report of the operations of the former Authority
during the period that commenced at the expiration of the last period in
respect of which a report of the operations of the former Authority was
furnished to the Minister and ended immediately before the commencement of
this Act and shall cause a copy of the first-mentioned report to be laid
before each House of the Parliament as soon as practicable after the
first-mentioned report is prepared.
