PART V-REPEAL OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS PRICING ACT 1981

46. In this Part-

         ''former Authority'' means the Petroleum Products Pricing Authority;


         ''repealed Act'' means the Petroleum Products Pricing Act 1981 as
amended and in force immediately before the commencement of this Act;

         ''Statutes Review Act'' means the Commonwealth Functions (Statutes
Review) Act 1981.
