PRICES SURVEILLANCE ACT 1983 No. 145, 1983 - SECT 42

42. (1) The Authority may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, with the approval of
the Public Service Board, engage persons to furnish advice to, or perform
services for, the Authority otherwise than as members of the staff referred to
in sub-section 41 (1).

(2) The terms and conditions of engagement of persons engaged under
sub-section (1) shall be such as are, with the approval of the Public Service
Board, determined by the Authority.
