PRICES SURVEILLANCE ACT 1983 No. 145, 1983 - SECT 37

37. (1) A member or associate member has, in the performance of his duty as a
member or associate member, the same protection and immunity as a Justice of
the High Court.

(2) Subject to this Act, a person summoned to attend or appearing as a witness
at an inquiry has the same protection, and is, in addition to the penalties
provided by this Act, subject to the same liabilities, in any civil or
criminal proceedings as a witness in proceedings in the High Court.
