PRICES SURVEILLANCE ACT 1983 No. 145, 1983 - SECT 36

36. A person appearing as a witness at an inquiry shall not, without
reasonable excuse-

   (a)  refuse or fail to be sworn or to make an affirmation;

   (b)  refuse or fail to answer a question that he is required to answer by
        the member presiding at the inquiry; or

   (c)  refuse or fail to produce a document that he was required to produce
        by a summons under this Part served on him.

Penalty: $1,000.
