PRICES SURVEILLANCE ACT 1983 No. 145, 1983 - SECT 28

28. The Authority may, by notice in writing served on a person, withdraw a
notice previously served by the Authority on the person under this Act (other
than this section) and, where the Authority does so, this Act has effect, as
from the time at which the first-mentioned notice is served on the person, as
if the other notice had not been served on the person.
