PRICES SURVEILLANCE ACT 1983 No. 145, 1983 - SECT 27

27. (1) Where a person receives a copy of a report on an inquiry held by the
Authority in relation to the supply by the person of goods or services of a
particular description-

   (a)  the person shall, within 14 days after receiving the copy of the
        report, give notice in writing to the Authority specifying the price
        or prices at which the person is supplying, or proposes to supply,
        goods or services of that description; and

   (b)  the Authority shall, within 14 days after it receives the notice under
        paragraph (a), make available to the public particulars of the price
        or prices specified in the notice.

(2) A person who fails to comply with paragraph (1) (a) is guilty of an
offence punishable, on conviction, by a fine not exceeding $1,000.
