PRICES SURVEILLANCE ACT 1983 No. 145, 1983 - SECT 26

26. Where the Authority submits to the Minister a report on an inquiry, the
Authority shall-

   (a)  in the case of an inquiry held in relation to the supply of goods or
        services by a particular person or persons-

        (i)    send a copy of the report to the person, or to each of those
               persons, as the case may be, on the day on which it submits the
               report to the Minister; and

        (ii)   as soon as practicable after the person, or each of the
               persons, as the case may be, has received a copy of the report,
               make copies of the report available for inspection by the
               public; or

   (b)  in any other case-as soon as practicable after it has submitted the
        report to the Minister, make copies of the report available for
        inspection by the public.
