PRICES SURVEILLANCE ACT 1983 No. 145, 1983 - SECT 21

21. (1) The Minister, or the Authority with the approval of the Minister, may
by instrument in writing published in the Gazette-

   (a)  declare goods or services of a specified description to be
        notified goods or services for the purposes of this Act;

   (b)  declare a person to be, in relation to goods or services of a
        specified description, a declared person for the purposes of this Act;
        or

   (c)  declare a supply of goods or services of a specified description,
        being a supply in a specified manner, of a specified kind or in
        specified circumstances, to be an exempt supply for the purposes of
        this Act.

(2) The Minister, or the Authority with the approval of the Minister, may by
instrument in writing published in the Gazette revoke or vary a declaration
under sub-section (1).
