PRICES SURVEILLANCE ACT 1983 No. 145, 1983 - SECT 14

Resignation 

14. (1) A member may resign his office by writing signed by him delivered to
the Governor-General.

(2) An associate member may resign his office by writing signed by him
delivered to the Minister.
