An Act to make provision for the holding of inquiries into prices charged or
proposed to be charged for the supply of petroleum products or services
related
to the production or supply of petroleum products in Australia

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and the House of Representatives of
the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:

PART I-PRELIMINARY Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Petroleum Products Pricing Act 1981.
