PROTECTION OF THE SEA (OIL POLLUTION COMPENSATION FUND) ACT 1993 No. 41, 1993 - SECT 4
Act to bind Crown
4.(1) This Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, of each of the
States, of the Australian Capital Territory, of the Northern Territory and of
Norfolk Island.
(2) The Crown is not liable to be prosecuted for an offence against, or
arising out of, this Act.
