PROTECTION OF THE SEA (OIL POLLUTION COMPENSATION FUND) ACT 1993 No. 41, 1993 - SECT 29
1992 Fund is a legal person
29. For the purposes of this Chapter, the 1992 Fund has the same legal
personality as a company incorporated under the Corporations Law and, in
particular, may sue and be sued.
