Short title.
Commonwealth Trading Bank of Australia and the Commonwealth Savings Bank of
Australia to certain Banks in Papua New Guinea.
PART I-PRELIMINARY
1. This Act may be cited as the Papua New Guinea (Transfer of Banking
Business) Act 1973 .*
