PAPUA NEW GUINEA LOAN (INTERNATIONAL BANK) ACT 1974 No. 87, 1974 - LONG TITLE

An Act to approve the Guarantee by Australia of the Discharge of the
Obligations of the Government of Papua New Guinea under a Loan Agreement made
with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and for
purposes connected therewith.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, the Senate and the House of Representatives of
Australia, as follows:-
