PAPUA NEW GUINEA (STAFFING ASSISTANCE) ACT 1975 No. 100, 1975 - SECT 9
Regulations for purposes of this Part.
9. Section 38 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in paragraph (a)
of sub-section (1), after the word ''persons'', the words ''(including persons
who have ceased to be employed under Part II in specified circumstances)''.
