               described in item 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 or 14 of
               Schedule 2 to that Act; or

        (ii)   as a person who was allotted for duty, within the meaning of
               subsection 5B(2) of the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986, in an
               operational area referred to in subparagraph (i);".
