PRIME MINISTER AND CABINET (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1994 No. 33, 1994 - SECT 9

9. (1) Section 10 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (1)
and substituting the following subsection:

"(1) The Council consists of the following members:

   (a)  the Chairperson of the Council;

   (b)  the Deputy Chairperson of the Council;

   (c)  not less than 3, and not more than 13, other members.".

(2) An appointment of a person as Chairman that was in force under the
Principal Act immediately before the commencement of this section has effect
after that commencement as if:

   (a)  this section had been in force when the appointment was made; and

   (b)  the appointment had been made under the Principal Act, as amended by
        this section.

(3) An appointment of a person as Deputy Chairman that was in force under the
Principal Act immediately before the commencement of this section has effect
as if:

   (a)  this section had been in force when the appointment was made; and

   (b)  the appointment had been made under the Principal Act, as amended by
        this section.
