PRIME MINISTER AND CABINET (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1994 No. 33, 1994 - SECT 5

5. After section 22 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Cabinet notebooks

"22A. (1) For the purposes of the application of this Act in relation to
Cabinet notebooks, a Cabinet notebook is in the open access period if a period
of 50 years has elapsed since the end of the year ending on 31 December in
which the Cabinet notebook came into existence.



"(2) Subsection 3(7) does not apply in relation to Cabinet notebooks.".
