PRIME MINISTER AND CABINET (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1994 No. 33, 1994 - SECT 4

4. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from the definition
of "Commonwealth record" in subsection (1) "but does not include a record that
is a Cabinet notebook, is exempt material, or is a register or guide
maintained in accordance with Part VIII" and substituting "but does not
include a record that is exempt material or is a register or guide maintained
in accordance with Part VIII".
