PRIME MINISTER AND CABINET (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1994 No. 33, 1994 - SECT 29
Public Service Commissioner
29. Section 11 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of
subsection (6) "and to remain an unattached Secretary while the person
continues to be an officer".
