PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (EXPLORATION PERMIT FEES) AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 83, 1980 - SECT 5
Fees and penalties debts due to the Commonwealth
5. Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof the
following sub-section:
"(2) Fees and other amounts referred to to in sub-section (1) received by the
Designated Authority shall be received by him on behalf of the Commonwealth.".
