PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 80, 1985 - SECT 38

Consequential amendments 
38. The Principal Act is amended as set out in Schedule.*2*

*2*On the commencement of section 38 of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands)
Amendment Act 1985, the heading to section 103A of the Petroleum (Submerged
Lands) Act 1967 is altered to "Suspension of rights conferred by permit or
lease".
