Section 7

1. The following provisions of the Principal Act are amended by omitting the
words ''of this Act'', ''of this section'' and ''of this paragraph'' (wherever
occurring):-

Sections 3 (definition of ''nominated member''), 5 (3), 6 and 7 (2) (b).

2. The Principal Act is further amended as set out in the following table:-
