PRIMARY INDUSTRIES LEVIES AND CHARGES COLLECTION ACT 1991 No. 25, 1991 - SECT 3

3. The objects of this Act are:

   (a)  to rationalise levy and charge collection; and

   (b)  to make provision for the efficient and effective collection of
        primary industry levies and charges.
