PRIMARY INDUSTRIES LEVIES AND CHARGES COLLECTION ACT 1991 No. 25, 1991 - SECT 19

19. (1) An authorised person may, with the consent of the occupier of premises
or in accordance with a warrant issued under section 20, enter the premises
for the purpose of ascertaining whether a person has contravened or is
contravening a provision of this Act.

(2) Where an authorised person enters any premises under subsection (1), the
authorised person may:

   (a)  search the premises for, examine and take stock of, any products used
        to produce collection products; and

   (b)  search the premises for, inspect, take extracts from, and make copies
        of, any examinable documents; and

   (c)  seize anything found during the course of the search that he or she
        believes, on reasonable grounds, will afford evidence of the
        contravention of this Act.
